Credit Report Authorization and Release

By proceeding to the application page all applicants authorize Beacon Mortgage to obtain tri-merge factual data credit reports on all applicants through credit reporting agencies chosen by Beacon Mortgage

In addition applicants authorize the release to the credit reporting agencies a copy of applicants credit application, and authorizes the credit reporting agencies to obtain information regarding applicants employment, residence and outstanding credit accounts (mortgages, auto loans, personal loans, charge cards, credit unions, etc).
